Mark Warren has served as pastor of Trace Creek Baptist Church since December,
2000. He has a desire to see lives transformed by renewed minds and hearts
through Jesus. He received a Bachelor of Arts from Union University,
Jackson, TN and a Master of Divinity with Biblical Languages from Southwestern
Baptist Theological Seminary, Ft. Worth, TX. He was pastor at churches in Texas
and North Carolina prior to coming to Trace Creek. Mark and his wife Susan have
three sons: Logan, Andrew and Brady. His interests and hobbies
include: singing, college football, geography and meteorology. Mark's salvation
experience occurred at an early age and during his freshman year
of college he
sensed God's call to vocational ministry. For the past several years, the Lord
has taught him many things about ministry and the depth and opportunity for
application of the scripture have come alive for him. His view of the body of
Christ reaching a lost community and world has only sharpened an already strong
view of missions and evangelism. His hope is that God will use the truths
and ministry skills with which He has equipped him to greatly impact lives for
Christ.
